Hokay.
I think I finally got this thing to work. Welcome to the blog, fans of Adia Morris. As you can see, there isn't much to see. Not just yet, anyway. But there will be. Oh yes. And this blog will be updated. Maybe not every day; maybe not every week. Maybe not even every month but it will be updated.
Anyway. Welcome. I'm sleepy, and I've been staring at the computer for much too long, but welcome. As far as life in the acting biznass goes, tonight I attended my first (and possibly last) acting class of a local coach in town. Not because I felt that he was terrible, but because I felt that many in the class had not actually logged that much stage time. To put it gently, these are people who act as a hobby, not as a way to make a living. Therefore, the need to actually be a good actor isn't very strong with them, so they have a lot of growing to do. I feel that I, too, have a lot of growing to do, but I'm not sure it's going to happen in a class with people who aren't on the same level as I am.
My show at Illusion Theatre closed to the public this week. We have one student matinee left on Wednesday, and after that it's all over. Welcome to near unemployment again, Adia.
