Booooooo.

Flickr is forcing its "Old Skool" members (i.e., me) to switch over to signing in with a Yahoo! ID. I say "Boooo!" to that. I let my Yahoo! accounts expire because I hated them, and now you're making me get another one? Booooooooooo!

Lame.

I would protest by discontinuing my use of Flickr, but so far it seems to be the only site that doesn't make your friends join in order to see your photos, send out annoying "Get 10 free prints!" emails, or just generally suck.

So I guess I'm getting a Yahoo! ID.

Thursday night can be fun!

I went to Bunkers on Thursday to see my friend Nate Santos' band play and ended up staying out until 2:30 in the morning. Nate has one of the best voices in the Twin Cities, so I got a double treat when I stayed to see The New Congress. AWESOME band. A really good time. Great voices, great groove, fun to dance to. As soon as I make a resolution to eat better than I'm currently eating, I end up polishing off a box of Cheez-Its and a piece of chocolate cake. Go me.

My sister went to New Zealand and she gave me a hat. And a scarf. And some mittens that match the scarf. The mittens died last year. I gutted them. But the hat and scarf live on!

Corissa and I went to a fashion show last Thursday and afterwards, for old time's sake, we went to Spyhouse Coffee and sat in the booth where our Fringe show was born. We ate Rice Krispie bars in rememberance.

Funny Guy

Fearless Filmmakers will be screening Fear of Girls 2, the sequel to a very funny mocumentary short film on tabletop gamers (think Dungeons & Dragons) at the end of this month, and when I read that, I realized that I hadn't seen Tom, one of the actors in the film, in months. That happens, and it usually just means that that person is extraordinarily busy. But I'd usually see Tom at an audition or something every few months. So I googled Tom and discovered that he moved to Los Angeles, like, almost a year ago. I'm horrible at keeping up with people.

Anyway. I caught up with his doings via his blog. You should, too. Visit his site. He's talented and he's a whole lot funnier than I am.
